Presentation
The External Promotion Office was created in March 2020, as part of the Deputy Mayor for Culture and External Promotion Department of the Zaragoza City Council. Since then, this office has been performing a range of competencies in the external promotion of Zaragoza:
- Promote and coordinate all actions aimed at exterior promotion, both domestically and on the international stage.
- Draw up a Strategic Plan for the External Promotion of the city, through a participative process that favors relations with the various institutions and public and private entities of the city.
- Coordinate the cooperation of Zaragoza with other cities, as well as its actions in the city networks in which it is present.
- Conduct actions to enhance the city’s value in the cultural, audio-visual, tourism and investment areas, which will strengthen its external promotion.
- Manage the audio-visual filming that takes place in the city, as well as introducing the necessary regulations in this regard.
